Genesys Telecommunications Lab's longstanding relationship with Padilla Speer Beardsley began when the contact-center software provider needed to communicate a consistent message in the global marketplace.
Genesys wanted to develop strategic media-relations and analyst-relations programs, but it lacked experienced staff to do the work. So Padilla integrated our team into the Genesys workforce, creating a strong network of experts to provide media and analyst briefings, develop news releases and bylines, and manage Web site content.
Using Padilla as the central contact, Genesys better managed its public relations consultants in more than 30 countries. Our PSBExtra online global-marketing portal supports the sharing of communications materials, status reports and best practices.
Today, Genesys enjoys a regular briefing schedule with top industry analysts and the company has solid relationships with key media. In 2008 alone, the North American region garnered more than 1,500 clips, segmented by value, media type and marketing focus.
In 2009, Padilla continues to build inroads for Genesys, focusing on analyst and media relations, trade show support and other integrated marketing efforts.
